On Saturday June 2 from 12 to 2 p.m. Dogma Dog Bakery & Boutique in Shirlington will host an adoption event with Oldies but Goodies Cocker Spaniel Rescue (OBG). OBG
originated in Northern Virginia out of a concern for the
number of
senior Cocker Spaniel dogs in the area that found themselves without homes, and had
virtually
no options for being rescued.
OBG rescues Cockers and Cocker mixes of
all ages, and has grown over the
years to rescue and place dogs in over 20 states. They are always searching for new foster homes for the dogs and of course adopters who can give these pets a forever home!
