On Saturday, January 24, 2015, pop over to the Sips cocktail reception where top artisan chefs and mixologists will prepare signature dishes and drinks on two floors. Tickets are $95 (general) to $200 (VIP). VIP tickets include signed cookbooks from renowned authors and the opportunity to meet Alice Waters, visionary chef and owner of Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, Joan Nathan, acclaimed cookbook author,Charles Phan of the 2014 James Beard Award-winning restaurant Slanted Door in San Francisco, award-winning chef David Chang of Momofuku fame, and Carla Hall, acclaimed chef, author and star of ABC’s The Chew.
