Check out Sotheby's for this little hot spot by architect Travis Price tucked away in the Forest Hills area of DC. This 11,000-square-foot, six-bedroom home has four stories and an open and angular floor plan. It is listed at $5.495 million. Obviously their interior decorator who staged this house did a horrible job and has not watched HGTV this week as I have, but just imagine your furniture in the place and hosting a kick ass affair for 300 of your posse every weekend. Do they would take mortgage payments in American Express? Hmmmmm.......not wise young son.
