Drizly Launches On-Demand Booze in the District

This week Drizly, a smartphone app for alcohol delivery launched in beta in the District guaranteeing booze in less than 40 minutes.

On-demand services across the U.S. are making it easier (and lazier) than ever for customers to have access to their favorite restaurants and grocery stores through places like PostmatesOrderUp and GrubHub; quick car service or wheels through Uber, Zipcar and Lyft; 100 + health and wellness supplies in less than 10 minutes through the recently launched Uber Corner Store; and now on-demand booze through Drizly.

Drizly delivers currently in Georgetown, AdMo, Woodley Park, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. Anyone 21 years and up can order beer, wine and spirits. Check it out and use the promo code DCINSIDER for free delivery (usually $5) throughout their beta testing period.
