Hey D.C. Interns.........Someone cares about you at the Washington Center

Visit us on Facebook!Did you know that more than 20,000 interns come to Washington, D.C. each year?  From June 8–17th, any of you kids interning in D.C. will receive special discounts at participating restaurants, museums, tour companies, music venues and retail stores.  This is free for all interns and participating vendors.
There are more than 50 vendors participating this year.

Sample discounts include free admission to the Newseum ($20 value), a free Sprinkles cupcake and 50% off a first-year annual fee, plus a $55 driving credit with Zipcar. I may actually revert back to an internship for a $55 driving credit to Zipcar.

To participate interns need to present the official InternsROCK! key card.  Interns can pre-register to receive a key card by visiting  www.internsrockdc.com but must show proof of internship. Like a letter from your employer, or a business cards (which I don't think they actually give to interns) or those nifty badges you carry around on your pants that you think make you look cool. They don't.

You can pick-up your I.D. free of charge at one of TWC's locations:
