Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will host a "Red Hot Night" in the nation's capital, with a red-hot cocktail event on World AIDS Day to benefit Whitman-Walker Clinic.
Taking place at Hotel Rouge and Bar Rouge from 5:30 to 8:30 PM on December 1, the cocktail event is part of Kimpton's nationwide Red Ribbon Campaign, a national initiative dedicated to raising awareness of and funds for HIV/AIDS.
Guests are invited to mix and mingle with fellow supporters while enjoying red-themed specialty cocktails including the "Cordon Rouge" (Absolut Ruby Red, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice and Passion Fruit Puree).
The event will also feature silent auction items including a weekend getaway with airfare to any of Kimpton's 45 boutique hotels nationwide.
There will be a $10 door admittance fee for the event, which will include one specialty cocktail ticket. Additional drink tickets can be purchased for $5 each. All proceeds from admission fees, specialty martinis and silent auction items will go directly to Whitman-Walker Clinic.
