Join me tonight night at Hudson Restaurant and Lounge as they preview their new Retro Felix Sinatra Night featuring complimentary Skyy Martinis from 6 to 8 p.m. The sounds of The Satin Doll Quartet begins at 7:30pm. We have a reserved section to the left as you walk in so venture out for a little happy hour and perhaps you may see a swing dance or two.
Not too long ago, there was a place in DC where you could find great food, interesting people and some of the best live music in the city. In 1996, Felix Restaurant & Lounge in Adams Morgan commemorated their salute to Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack with an every Wednesday evening party called Wednesday Sinatra Night.
As the principal owners of Hudson are the same people that brought you the event back in the 90’s, they've decided to revive it with a new updated version 2009. So on Wednesday September 30, they will once again bring back the old and make it new again. We are calling it Retro Sinatra Night @ Hudson. Bringing their sweet and sultry supper club sound will be the Satin Doll Quartet featuring Patrice Ferris on vocals.
