Jet-setting to the Hamptons for a weekend bash?

So last year I did a write up on Sherman Pickey in Georgetown for NFT. Check it out below. But word on the street has it that the store is celebrating the season by discounting all new spring merchandise by 10 percent.

Jet-setting to the Hamptons for a weekend bash? One can never have too much plaid, flip flops, collared shirts, or pastels in their life. Well at least I can’t, thus my utmost favorite clothing store in Georgetown, and perhaps all of DC, is Sherman Pickey. On my leisurely stroll up Wisconsin Avenue it is impossible not to stop off at this quaint boutique. I am breathless just thinking about the hordes of pastel shirts with the cute little palm tree emblems and matching belts with bag. It’s a country clubbers wet dream with label upon labels of TS Dixin, Lacoste, J.McLaughlin, and much more. The owners of this posh Georgetown establishment are beaming with welcomes and they too looked like they just stepped out of an exclusive members-only catalog. You might walk out of their store looking like Carlton from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air just threw up all over you, but when you hit the beach, the streets of DC or the tarmac at Islip Airport, you’ll feel like that first day you set foot on your private boarding schools campus.
