DC invites you to submit nominations for the 24th Annual Mayor’s Arts Award, the most prestigious honors conferred by the District on individual artists, organizations, and patrons of the arts. Join Mayor Adrian M. Fenty as he presents these awards at a ceremony to be held at the Kennedy Center on Friday, March 27, 2009.
Award Categories include:
- Excellence in an Artistic Discipline
- Outstanding Emerging Artist
- Excellence in Service to the Arts
- Outstanding Contributions to Arts Education
- Innovation in the Arts
