22 West for your real estate climaxing pleasure

The West End/Foggy Bottom has some pricey new digs. See the website here. Located at 22nd and M there are 92 condos prices from $838,000 for a one bedroom and over $3 million for a penthouse. The GW Hatchet reports that the building is currently around 30% sold. I see stellar parties for this buildings future, most notably on its rooftop deck with pool. And these lucky residents will have access to some of the best restaurants in the city within walking distance including my beloved Blue Duck Tavern and La Perla.

So what do you get for the hefty price tag:
  • Living rooms have an iPort docking station plus pre-wiring for A/V devices. Also each unit has a wall-mounted call-station tied to the front desk/concierge and security systems for ease of communication
  • 24-hour desk staff to greet residents and guests, and attend to security, deliveries and other requests.
  • Convenience store and restaurant/retail space incorporated into the building at the ground floor.
  • Balconies, french doors, patios or terraces in many plans
  • Uniformed doorman and optional valet parking for residents and guests.
  • Restricted access to building, with closed-circuit TV monitoring in public areas and garage.
  • Building wireless and high-speed internet access, as well as pre-wiring for up to 4 telephone lines, cable television and satellite TV.
  • Bosch® concealed dishwashers, Bosch® gas cooktops, built-in ovens and microwaves plus warming drawers in larger units.
  • White Thassos marble countertops with square undermount Kohler® Kathryn vanity sinks.
  • Bosch Axxis® stackable washer and dryer in smaller units and Nexxt side-by-side in larger units
  • Many different floor-plans with residence sizes ranging from 948 to 3,600 square feet.
  • Rooftop pool, sundeck and garden terrace with adjacent locker rooms, fitness equipment and common room, all overlooking the city skyline.
