The West End/Foggy Bottom has some pricey new digs. See the website here. Located at 22nd and M there are 92 condos prices from $838,000 for a one bedroom and over $3 million for a penthouse. The GW Hatchet reports that the building is currently around 30% sold. I see stellar parties for this buildings future, most notably on its rooftop deck with pool. And these lucky residents will have access to some of the best restaurants in the city within walking distance including my beloved Blue Duck Tavern and La Perla.
