Throughout the dinner, aficionados will have an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a selection of vintages from Opus One Winery, paired with the modern American cuisine of distinguished Chef Eric Ziebold. This special evening begins with a cocktail reception followed by a five-course dinner designed by Chef Ziebold to complement the supple texture and fruity balance of the evening's featured wines.
