Join the Rum Day D.C. madness this Sunday as top bartenders from across the city compete for title of ‘Best Rum Cocktail’ at the Capital Liaison hotel rooftop pool (415 New Jersey Ave NW). The winning bartender will walk away with $500, a trophy fit for a bar and some summer swag. VIP tickets are $100 for the event and include access to the pools chaise lounges and daybeds; a minimum six (6) Rum Day DC competition rum punch samples, an open premium rum bar from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. free hor d' oeuvres in the V.I.P area (from 11:00am to 1:00pm) and an official Rum Day D.C.
