Cork Presents Wood-Grilled Roasts with Chef Robert Weland

Just in time for the warm weather, Cork Market has launched its "Wood Fire Grill-Out Series" prepared by Chef Rob Weland of Cork Wine Bar. Cork's New Wood-Grilled Roasts features Whole Goat, Lamb, Pig & King Salmon with Gourmet Seasonal Sides.

The series will kick off on April 10th when Chef Weland will present wood-roasted suckling pig with handmade sides:
• Arugula or radish salad
• Mac 'n' cheese
• Baked local apples
• Housemade sauerkraut
• Seasonal Fruit crostada

The April 10th Pig Roast is $50 per person or $75 with wine pairings. Guests can reserve a space at the April 10 Pig Roast and all future Grill-Outs by emailing Roasts@CorkDC.com
