Columbia Room to Host Champagne Dinner October 13th


In August, Derek Brown toured Champagne during harvest with the CIVC. There he interviewed houses and growers and tasted through a staggering array of great Champagnes. Eager to share his adventure, Derek is hosting a Champagne dinner with Chef Joe Rumberger at the Columbia Room on Thursday, October 13th. Seating is extremely limited and tickets are $125 HERE.

American Farmland Trust’s second annual Dine Out for Farms celebrates delicious food and the farmers and land needed to grow it. Dozens of area restaurants—from Jaleo to Founding Farmers to Café Milano to Pinkberry—will offer special dishes and donate proceeds to help save farms.
