Join the gallery for an opening night of the U Street Portrait Project with Photography by Tom Wolff. Enjoy a live jazz performance, food & wine, and an early look at 86 new photographs that capture the true character of DC's U Street Corridor. Known nationally for his published work in the Washington Post Magazine, House & Garden, Garden Design, Smithsonian, and New York Times Magazine, Wolff has been busy photographing along U Street since early September. He looks beyond the facades to capture images of the individuals, local business owners, residents, and artists that make up this culturally and historically rich neighborhood.
