
Tickets are $50 per person, with 100% of the proceeds from the event donated to the cause. For these three hours on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, this private cocktail party will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Haidar Karoum, a craft beer and white and red wines selected by Wine Director Sebastian Zutant, and a specialty punch and cocktail created for the occasion by Bar Manager Adam Bernbach, as well as a cash bar.
All of the male managers and most of the male waitstaff at Proof and its sister restaurant Estadio, as well as Proprietor Mark Kuller, are growing mustaches in support of this initiative, and will boast the products of their labor at the festivities.
