The DC Shorts Film Festival will feature 145 films, from 23 countries. The films run the gamut in genre, style and subject, but are unified by their abbreviated run times - 20 minutes or less. DC Shorts Film Festival takes over Landmark’s E Street Cinema, H Street’s Atlas Performing Arts Center, the U.S. Navy Memorial Theatre and the festival will also make its first visit to Virginia with films at Artisphere in Rosslyn.
