Thinking About Adopting a Pet?

The Washington Animal Rescue League is hosting a special non-stop adoption event from 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 7.

That weekend only, adopters may pay what they will for the cats and dogs (who are themselves priceless). All animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and given comprehensive medical and behavioral evaluations.

Adoption fees are regularly $150-250 for dogs and $50-100 for cats. The League is at 71 Oglethorpe Street, NW, DC. For more information, call 202-726-2556, write to warl@warl.org, or visit www.warl.org.
