If you love the famed Vidalia on M. Street, Chef Cooper is sure to please your taste buds once again with the opening of Rouge 24 at 9th and N Street in Blagden Alley. Word on the street has it that Sommelier Matthew Carrol of 2941 is taking over as wine director and pastry Chef Chris Ford of Trummer's on Main will also be a part of the team.
