The Center for Wine Origins Endulges with Plume at the Jefferson

I had the pleasure of hosting a dinner for 12 DC journos for the Center for Wine Origins at Plume at the Jefferson this past week. The dinner was led by their sensational (and good looking) sommelier Michael Scaffidi and we enjoyed a selection of select Ports and Champagne's throughout the night. If you have yet to dine at Plume or visit their uber hidden Quill bar, then I highly suggest you add this to your DC to dos. I'm a huge fan of venturing to Quill for after work drinks.
