DC This Week recently offered two lucky readers a chance to visit the Washington National Opera as they present "Opera Look-in", October 16 at the Kennedy Center Opera House. Congratulations to Sam K. whose favorite opera is "Magic Flute: and Lanora W.C. whose favorite opera is "Phantom of the Opera". You both will receive two tickets to the opera's one-hour introduction to the artistry and operas designed especially for families and kids.
The program will feature members of the Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist Program, the WNO Orchestra, and conductor Steve Gathman performing excerpts from The Magic Flute, Lucia di Lammermoor, Madama Butterfly.
