On Saturday, September 11th join Layla Soares as she raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The funds raised are in honor of Betty Soares, her mother-in-law, who succumbed to leukemia in 2008. Her love of life, good food and friendship has inspired this annual event. This year, they will feature amazing red, white and sparkling wines, delectable cheeses and rich chocolate pairings from our friends at Cheesetique.
A new year, a new location -- we'll enjoy the luxurious penthouse of the Midtown condominium tower in Rockville/North Bethesda, with incredible views and decadent party facilities.
