Join Tour D3 Geezy in a night of karaoke and fun at Madame's Organ on May 13, 2010 from5 to 8 p.m.
Proceeds from this event will go to DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative. The DC Collaborative works to promote quality arts and humanities education for all DC public and chartered public schools for the growth of the whole child.
Over the Collaborative's 11 year history, we’ve served more than a quarter of a million students (public and public charter) and for 2010 we have over 20,000 students registered for Arts for Every Student events. We provide free tickets and bus transportation for students and teachers to attend visual, performance and musical events across D.C. Additionally we provide free professional development sessions for teachers. Teachers have the opportunity to train and learn from arts icons at the National Opera, Shakespeare Theatre, and more. Our programs reach students and teachers in all wards of the District.
Come sing a tune in our support this Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
