Today, BOURBON STEAK is introducing flights of rare and exclusive Scottish and American Whiskies to its expansive beverage program.

The Whiskey Tasting Trios at BOURBON STEAK allow guests to enjoy three whiskies that have at least one common feature, be it producer, region or bottler, while learning about the characteristics that make each drink unique. From a trio of rare, small batch Bourbons, priced at $30 a tasting, to a flight of select, premier barrel-aged scotches, priced at $200 a trio, the Whiskey Tasting Trios are designed to introduce a novice to the finer points of the drink, while also offering a connoisseur a fine selection of exclusive and complex rare batch Whiskies. The complete list of tasting trios is included below.

Pastry Chef Santanna Salas has created a Chocolate Trio dessert to complement the flights. Priced at $16 a trio, guests can enjoy a triple chocolate delight of Ovaltine soaked devil’s food cake with chocolate ganache and dehydrated chocolate mousse, Chocolate Custard with red velvet cake, spicy pecans and chocolate foam and Chocolate Brownie with Nutella ice cream.
