Call to Photographers! DC Counts Census 2010 Photography Contest With FotoWeekDC

The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH), FotoWeek DC, and the DC Counts Campaign (DCCC) invite Washington DC photographers at all skill levels to participate in our Census 2010: Portraits of DC photo contest.

Fifty one portraits will be selected by a distinguished panel to represent and celebrate the diverse beauty in the faces of District of Columbia residents. Winning photographs will become part of an exhibition at Social, one of DC’s new restaurants in Columbia Heights, and will be posted on an online gallery linked to the DCCAH and DC Counts websites, as well as other public exhibits within the District.

This competition is open to all DC residents.
