Today I read an article in Express Night Out DIGS on Gourmet Kitchens. I've finally settled into the new condo and had the "kitchen breaking in" party on Monday night. You really never appreciate expensive appliances and 5-burner gas stove tops until their yours! I'm pleased to say my kitchen met Express' criteria for a Gourmet Kitchen except no back-splash. I'm working on it folks.
