Co. Co. Sala and Red Door Spas are Anti-Valentine's Day this year

For those singles who despise Valentine's Day, join Co Co. Sala and partner Red Door Spas for an evening of pampering yourself! The 'Anti-Valentine's Sweet Spa' will be hosted at Co Co. Sala on Wednesday, February 10th from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This Sweet Spa, perfect for singles, will feature select "Anti" spa services including anti-dehydration eye treatments, anti-oxidants citrus manicures and anti-aging hand treatments. Indulge in an array of Co Co. Sala bites including chocolates, cupcakes and chocolate dipped strawberries all while sipping on 'Sex' Brut Rose Champagne. In addition to delicious retail treats such as Champagne Heart Truffles, Chocolate Hearts and 16 Piece Artisinal Chocolate Boxes, which are the perfect gift for your sweetheart, Co Co. Sala will be serving a five-course menu to celebrate St. Valentine. Valentine's Day menu of 'Caviar, Champagne & Chocolate' features natural aphrodisiacs including lobster, caviar and goji berry, a Chinese aphrodisiac known as the 'happy berry.'

The menu, prepared by Executive Chef Santosh Tiptur, includes dishes such as tomato tart tatin with pistou sauce & eggplant caviar, potato & rosemary gnocchi with asparagus cream sauce or aged black angus tenderloin with gorgonzola cream & red wine braised short rib with parsnip-potato gratin and for dessert, our 'Stolen Heart' a white chocolate & raspberry heart with rose sorbet, raspberry caviar and goji berry chocolate bon bon.
