Sala will be serving a five-course menu to celebrate St. Valentine. Valentine's Day menu of 'Caviar, Champagne & Chocolate' features natural aphrodisiacs including lobster, caviar and goji berry, a Chinese aphrodisiac known as the 'happy berry.'
The menu, prepared by Executive Chef Santosh Tiptur, includes dishes such as tomato tart tatin with pistou sauce & eggplant caviar, potato & rosemary gnocchi with asparagus cream sauce or aged black angus tenderloin with gorgonzola cream & red wine braised short rib with parsnip-potato gratin and for dessert, our 'Stolen Heart' a white chocolate & raspberry heart with rose sorbet, raspberry caviar and goji berry chocolate bon bon.
