So you'll recall a few weeks back Brightest Young Things and Proper Topper released their Best Dressed DC List featuring some pretty phenom DCers (including myself) regarded as fashionably hip. BYT is celebrating this inaugural list with a Yacht Party on February 11th that is destine to go down in fashion greatness. Tickets are $25 HERE.
