Washington Flyer has the skinny on the 6th Annual Dance D.C. Festival. Sponsored by the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities, the festival host 50 performances at 14 venues. Nice, but at least half the groups are from VA and MD and the event is funded with DC taxpayer dollars. No dance companies in DC anymore?
