I got a new phone from Sprint today because my old one had screen problems. Nevertheless, I didn't have to pay for a new phone BUT they are unable to transfer all of my contacts to the new phone (even though they did it last time). I'm a bit upset, but nonetheless, please TEXT ME your name to my phone number so I can easily save the number. This would be very helpful. Thanks.
