TasteDC Presents International Cheese and Wine Festival this Thursday

This Thursday is the4th Annual International Cheese and Wine Festival! If you love cheese, they will showcase a minimum of 40 cheeses from all over the world with a special emphasis on small farm producers and Artisanal cheeses. A handout with short descriptions of each cheese will be provided to each attendee plus a suggested wine pairing - and there will also be over 20 different wines to taste that are paired with the cheeses.

Included with the cheese tasting is a Full Dinner Buffet as well as artisanal breads, crackers, cheeses, fruit and for dessert, a selection of D.C.'s own Patisserie Poupon handmade pastries. New for this year: Champagne and Sparkling wine table and Artisan Chocolate Table. All wines tasted at this event will be available for order and purchase at special prices at the Wine Specialist in D.C. 6:30-9:00pm. $75 per person.
