Washington Flyer has the skinny on this weekend's auto show. Now if I was in the market for a new car, which I'm not because my baby is just about paid off in four months, I would snag the Audi A3 (5-door) or a Mini Cooper (as you can tell I have a thing with hatchbacks, especially in blue.)

Get your motor runnin' to the 2009 Washington Auto Show. The annual event, which features more than 700 new cars, trucks and SUVs, showcases the latest models from top automakers, including Chevrolet, BMW, Ferrari and Toyota.

The show takes place at the Washington Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Place, NW). Tickets are $10 for weekday and $12 for weekend.
