The Washington DC Couture Wedding Consortium (DCCWC) was founded by Katie L. Martin from the event design firm Elegance & Simplicity Wedding & Event Designers, Inc. At its inception in 2001, the DCCWC was formed with vendors hand-picked for their consistent excellent service as well as their innovations and creativity in regards to incredible and fabulous weddings!
