Yoga Aid was created by a group of Australian Yoga enthusiasts who wanted to give something back to the world through their love of yoga.
The Yoga Aid Challenge was an idea of facilitating the giving for living concept for the Yoga Community worldwide.
Due to the success of the initial events, the enjoyment of participation and the wonderful global Yoga community our goal is to make the Yoga Aid Challenge an annual event in 12 countries around the world by 2012.
The purpose of the Yoga Aid Challenge is to raise awareness for the benefits of Yoga and to raise money for various charity projects by each participant fund-raising prior to the events.
The giving for living concept.
The Yoga Aid Challenge is a 2 hour Yoga practice with your local Yoga community at Sunrise on the same day as we host the event in that region.
