Paella Festival this Monday @ Taberna del Alabardero

Taberna del Alabardero (1776 Eye St., NW; 202/429-2200; www.alabardero.com) kicks off its annual Paella Festival with a free paella tasting and demonstration on the restaurant patio Monday. Throughout the festival, try a variety of twists on the classic dish, including lobster, vegetable and clam paellas. Price is $28 per person.
