Word on the street has it that DC Coast has announced that Brendan Cox is the restaurant’s newChef de Cuisine; he starts September 15th. Chef Cox is a native of DC and has worked in some of the city’s best kitchens, including Galileo, Equinox, and Market Salamander, and Circle Bistro and Notti Bianche.
