Beginning September 2, and throughout the fall and winter, lunch guests at Liberty Tavern can enjoy Chef Liam LaCivita’s renowned bacon cheeseburger, paired with a refreshing pint of beer, for just $10.

Chef LaCivita’s burger is made from fresh, house-ground Pineland Farms organic skirt steak, and is topped with applewood-smoked bacon and Vermont Cabot cheddar and served on homemade Amish potato bread. It is accompanied by the guest’s choice of hand-cut French fries with fresh herbs, a mini Tavern salad of Manakintowne greens, or a traditional red bliss potato salad. Stella Artois, Dale’s Pale Ale, Weihenstephaner, Magic Hat No. 9 and Chef’s personal drink of choice, Miller High Life, are just a few of the eight brews on tap from which customers can choose; for the ultimate burger and beer pairing, though, owner Stephen Fedorchak recommends the Brooklyn Lager, which he describes as the “perfect crisp, aromatic beer to pair with this decadent burger.”

The Liberty Tavern’s burger and a pint promotion will be available during the restaurant’s regular lunch hours, Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accommodate area NFL and college football fans.
