WTF? $1410 to $1705 for a Studio Apt. @ the Veridian in Silver Spring

I love Silver Spring, hell I've lived there for 3 years, but these new digs just blocks from the metro are f$cking ridiculous in price. I might as well live in the District. Studios go for $1410 to $1750 and one bedrooms from $1710 to $2015. What the hell are they thinking? Get the full skinny HERE.
