A Thai Festival hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy in cooperation with the Thai community will take place this weekend at Union Station.The 120 stores and restaurants of Union Station will take part on Saturday, Aug. 23 and Sunday, Aug. 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Admission is free and will include an exhibition on the 175th anniversary of Thai-U.S. relations, staged cultural and musical performances, a parade, Thai cuisine, Thai handcrafts, Thai massage, Thai boxing and much more.A complete schedule of events is available on the embassy’s web site at www.thaiembdc.org by clicking on the “Thai Festival” banner.
