DC Girls in the Know is bringing America's Polo Cup to your door

DC Girls in the Know is proud to be an official partner of America's Polo Cup, the world's largest and most prestigious Cup held in May each year. This esteemed Cup aspires to bring the love of polo to a wider audience, and bring international cultures together in celebration of both their common bonds and their diversity. The Official Kickoff for America's Polo Cup will take place on the National Mall Saturday, September 20, 2008. Get a "Taste of Australia" at this Kickoff Event by enjoying Australian fashion, food, and wine, and watching a polo game that is rich in tradition with an event that reaches far beyond the field. Proceeds benefit Journey for the Cure Charity, a non-profit foundation supporting local charity organizations throughout the Capitol Region with an emphasis on MS & Leukemia.

Through DC Girls in the Know exclusively, you can you purchase a single Cartier VIP ticket for $100, regularly $200, or a group of four tickets for $325, regularly $800. VIP tickets include an invitation to the "Rockin' the City" pre-party at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City beginning at 8pm Friday, September 19th, where you'll rock to a live Australian Rock Band. An optional VIP special rate will be available for those that wish to stay overnight at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Saturday, the 20th, complimentary transportation from the Ritz to the Polo Fields on the DC National Mall will be provided. At the event, your VIP ticket will provide access to the Cartier VIP tent, a luncheon provided by the Ritz-Carlton, and premium wines, champagnes and brewed beverages that only Cartier would serve.
