One of the best places in DC to grab a steak and eat some seriously whipped mashed potatoes is Smith & Wollensky. And I'm not just biased because it is the view from my office window. As a part of its 2008 Pourings Pairings wine dinner series, Smith Wollensky invites you to a delicious five course dinner, featuring four Lancaster Estate Wines. The menu was carefully created, after tasting each of the wines, to present pairings that elevate each other to new heights.
