FIRST
House Salad
Mesclun greens tossed with roasted red peppers, pickled red onions, cucumber,
nicoise olives and marinated feta cheese
Melon Salad
Cantaloupe and honeydew served with arugula, spiced hazelnuts, house cured duck prosciutto
drizzled with a lavender vanilla vinaigrett
Tomato Mozzarella Salad
Peeled grape tomatoes and Ciliegine mozzarella tossed with EVOO, garnished with mint and crispy prosciutto


SECOND
Wild Maine Mussels
Plump wild Maine mussels in a delicate white wine lemon house made broth
Summer Vegetable Brushchetta
Hand pulled Artichoke hearts, asparagus and sugar snap peas, warmed with EVOO and served on grilled sourdough bread compress
Crab Cake
Pan seared and served atop lemon puree, topped with tomato jam and mache salad

MAIN

From a vineyard that practices sustainable viticulture

Hamachi
Grilled young yellowtail served atop wilted baby bok choy, edamame, thin sliced daikon radish,
julienne carrots, served with a ginger miso broth
Rotisserie Chicken
Lemon thyme marinated all natural breast & leg served with roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus
Heritage Pork
Brined center-cut loin, grilled & served ‘low country style’ with red beans & rice, tasso ham
and crawfish gumbo sauce
Vegetarian Polenta
Fresh grilled polenta topped with baby summer vegetables ratatouille and grated parmesan


DESSERT

Mixed Berry Cheesecake
Fresh seasonal berries top our classic cheescake
Key Lime Pie
Classic key lime custard with a graham crust topped with a brown sugar meringue
Chocolate Mousse
Our house specialty, served in a phyllo cup with chocolate sauce
