Cirque du Soleil returns to the Washington DC area at a new location with its latest touring production KOOZA, set to open on Thursday, October 30, 2008. KOOZA will perform at The Plateau at National Harbor, MD under the trademark blue-and-yellow Grand Chapiteau (big top) for a limited engagement.
