Priscilla Battle founded Sip & Shop Party in Maryland. She being an indie business owner in the cosmetic industry was looking for a creative way to give back, connect with other women and local business owners. And, she wanted to have fun while doing it. She enjoys all things girlie and appreciates a nice vintage every now and then. So, she decided to put it all under one roof—as result Sip & Shop Party was born. The shopping events are held several times throughout the year in MD, DC &VA.
