April in Paris Comes to Alexandria @ Bastille

April in Paris…springtime in Alexandria. The two meet at Bastille. Chefs Christophe and Michelle Poteaux present a new spring menu that is replete with contemporary yet, classic bistro favorites that features farm-fresh local ingredients-- for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and dinner.

For lunch, three courses are a mere $19 or guests have the option of ordering a la carte. But dinner is an occasion not to be missed. A pre theater $35 prix fixe three-course menu is available Thursday through Saturday and is available until 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: enjoy a three-course meal for $29, all evening long. A six-course chef’s tasting menu is available nightly at $49 with the option to add wine for just $30.

On Sundays, brunch is a $19 three-course prix fixe meal with the option to order a la carte and to add an optional glass of Charles de Fere Blanc de Blancs or a Mimosa at $6. Entrees ($12) Two poached eggs, smoked salmon, orange-tarragon hollandaise on brioche bun, served with sautéed potatoes or organic lettuce, House made vegetable quiche, served with organic lettuce and Parisian bistro steak, red wine shallot sauce and pommes frites.

Bastille is located at 1201 N.
