Mayor Adrian Fenty, Honorary Chair, to help the homeless and hungry on Thanksgiving Morning during the 6th Annual Thanksgiving Day Trot for Hunger. Not athletic? Help Provide a Meal in SOME's Dining Room

For more than 37 years SOME has relied on committed volunteers to help provide hundreds of hot, filling meals to homeless and hungry D.C. residents each day. Many of these volunteers are part of Provide-a-Meal (PAM) groups, who provide and serve food once a month in the Dining Room. PAM groups fill a critical role, helping SOME to serve nearly 300,000 meals each year.
