This past weekend I think I drove past my wanna-be new home in downtown Silver Spring. Turner Construction Company is building the Silver Spring Gateway in the heart of Silver Spring. The 790,000 sq. ft., 15-story, 469 unit (285 apartment/173 condos) project includes above and below-grade parking as well as a fitness center. The completion date is scheduled for the fall of 2008.
